Do you have stock available for purchase?

No. Rather than hold stock, each client has an individual property criterion that guides us in sourcing their properties.

How long will the buying process take?

On average, between four to eight weeks. We offer a money-back guarantee if we cannot find your property within 16 weeks.

How much of the buying process do you help with?

We make our service as simple as possible. We guide and mentor every client throughout the entire buying process. This includes finance approval, refinancing and area and property selection as well as negotiation, pest and building issues, conveyancing, insurance, property management and tax depreciation.

Do you charge an ongoing fee?

We only charge a fee for service and offer a discount for purchasing multiple properties.

Do I need to find my own property manager once I purchase a property?

Our team connects you with a property manager once your property becomes unconditional.

Do you have contacts for renovations?

Yes. We network with a vast range of trades who can help you with both major and minor cosmetic renovations.

Where do you invest?

We invest in locations throughout Australia with the most substantial growth potential using our in-house area research platform to find the best investment areas and properties available.

How much do I need to purchase an investment property with you?

We recommend having at least $80,000 in savings or equity. For a self-managed super fund (SMSF), we recommend $150,000.

Do you build brand new properties for clients?

No, we don’t. We are committed to working with established property in well-established areas. We are happy to discuss our philosophy regarding this in your strategy session.

Do you help owner-occupiers purchase their principal place of residence (PPOR)?

We are purely investment-focused and do not offer this service.

Do you offer any money-back guarantees?

We offer clients who cannot secure finance a 100% money-back guarantee. We provide the same guarantee for those we are unable to find a property within their property investment criteria in 16 weeks.
